Long story short: I process out loud. The faith stuff, the hard stuff, the stuff you think about at 2am but don't say at church. I say it.
I do cross culture work in the multiethnic church space. The beauty of it, the cost of it, and why it's worth it anyway. But underneath it all is my own walk with Jesus: spiritual formation fuels the cultural and the emotional, and all three keep shaping each other.
I'm married to Ellie, I serve at Grace City Church in Charleston, and I'm pursuing what God is building in me, one honest conversation at a time.
